The problem worth solving

Brookfield’s commercial and retail websites serve several audiences: prospective tenants, business owners, property visitors, and corporate stakeholders. Each needs a clear path through a large portfolio of content.

As a Digital Platform Specialist, I translated marketing requirements into UX/UI layouts, wireframes, AEM pages, templates, and components. I worked with architects, developers, and creative teams to carry those decisions through publishing and QA.

The design questionHow might we help people find relevant opportunities while keeping a global portfolio consistent, accessible, and practical for teams to maintain?

My contribution

01

Clarify the path to a retail opportunity

For Partner to Empower, I helped redesign the front-end layout and navigation so the program information was easier to discover and follow. I paired those changes with SEO keyword recommendations for page copy and metadata.

02

Build repeatable experiences in AEM

Translated stakeholder requirements into wireframes, templates, components, and authored pages. Organized DAM assets and supported content across commercial, retail, and regional websites, including sustainability content.

03

Make quality repeatable

Reviewed more than 200 pages for accessibility, coordinated release QA with partner teams, and established Adobe publishing standards for more than 130 global executive pages. Trained colleagues on AEM and internal publishing workflows.

What I owned or directly supported

  • UX/UI layouts, wireframes, and page-navigation improvements
  • AEM page authoring, templates, and components
  • Copy edits, SEO recommendations, and metadata
  • DAM organization and content consistency
  • Accessibility review and release QA
  • Publishing standards and coworker training
